In the Virtual world e-tivity the students to have to imagine and describe/depict what would some micro or macro environment look like in case of some predefined parameters that govern the imagined system. For instance, what would the world look like with widespread implementation of nanotechnology, what the effects of climate change would be on a specific geographic location, what would drive the economy in a 0% CO2 emision civilization, what would the environment look like if all the land was cultivated for food production, etc. The list of Web 2.0 tools that can be used for this e-tivity include collaborative writing tools (Google docs, Zoho), wiki, blog, e-portfolio, or online presentations / video tagging tools for reporting on the results of case study |
