In the Activity analysis or summary e-tivity the students have to make a brief overview of the learning content (or process) during a lecture, with the list of results that they have achieved, learning experiences, and remarks on how to improve the way a lecture was presented and organized, etc. This is a simple e-tivity that supports concept acquisition and facilitates retention. It enables the students to make a review of what they have learned, organize the key concepts of the lecture, structure the learning content, and get additional clarification regarding the more complex issues of the lecture.

The instructor can use a blog or wiki to present the lecture plans that should be commented. The students can use an collaborative writing tools (Google docs, Zoho), tools for notes sharing (SpringNote), or an e-portfolio system (Mahara, FolioSpaces) for their summaries and comments. Online discussion tools (Google Talk) can also be used for this purpose.
