Main purpose
[[File:bubblr.gif|left|120px|] is simple, easy and funny Web 2.0 tool for creating online comics using photographs. The used photos are stored in Flicker tool for online image sharing.
Useful information
To create a comic strip, it is necessary to add a series of photographs. Photos are searched according to the tags or by user name. Then photographs can be easily be added to the frame line by clicking on them. And then user adds comment balloons to create a story.
