The iCamp project
iCamp is an EU funded FP6 project that investigated the application of social software in e-learning. This project has much similarity with our iProject EduWeb2.0.
The web portal iCamp of the iCamp project has a description of the evaluated e-learning tools (1, 2, 3).
The website of the iCamp project has a textbook on teaching with social software in higher education: iCamp handbook: How to Use Social Software in Higher Education.

The project Learning 2.0: The Impact of Web 2.0 Innovations on Education and Training in Europe has issued a valuable Final Report (in PDF) with results of case studies of technological, organizational and pedagogical innovations in the area of e-Learning 2.0.
