The State of the art e-tivity can be performed in form of literature search or exploration of the resources available on the web (i.e. patent databases, science and technology portals, etc.). In this e-tivity the students should look for latest research and/or technological innovations related to a specific topic. For online research they can use tools like Google Scholar, open-source journal, science and technology portals, or full-text databases with scientific papers. Social bookmarking tools can be used for creating collections of online resources (Delicious, Diigo), collaborative writing tools for teamwork activities (Google docs), and wiki, blog, e-portfolio, or online presentations / video tagging tools (SlideSix) for reporting search outcomes. |
