If you just want to try interface functionalities, you do not have to register because the demo version of application exists. However, if you do not want lose your work, you have to register with a new or sign in with an existing account. Implementations of Wise Mapping tool are based on SVG (for Firefox and Safari) and VML (for IE and Opera) vectorial languages. SVG (Scalable Vectorial Graphics) allows efficient vector graphics animation while VML (Vector Markup Language) supports the markup of vector graphic information. Wise Mapping is an open source project which can be deployed for both educational and business purposes. Binary and source code can be downloaded for offline use from Wise Mapping download page or Github source code servers. Application has concise tutorial and brief list of keyboard shortcuts which can be very useful in the mind map development process.
